Thanong Khanthong worked as a journalist over 30 years. He served as editor of The Nation, a leading English language newspaper in Thailand. He moved on from print journalism to work as a radio and TV broadcaster for Nation TV. He played a role in setting up ASEAN TV and worked as its editor.
