Mr. Fan is deputy CEO and CIO at E Fund Management (Singapore). He is also CIO of Global Index and a Member of Investment Committee at E Fund Management (HK). He has been managing portfolios for ETF, index mutual funds and segregated accounts, and is also responsible for investment research and product development across passive, smart beta and ESG strategies. Prior to joining E Fund, Mr. Fan was with BlackRock and also served several roles at Barclays Global Investors, State Street and RBC. Mr. Fan holds a Master’s degree in Finance from University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Beijing University of Technology.
