Mr. Thanavut Pornrojnangkool Ph.D. is CCIO at BBL Asset Management. With his goal to bring global best-practice in fund management to Thai asset management industry, he focuses not only on best-practice investment process but also on best-in-class technology and infrastructure that will enable BBL Asset Management to move forward ahead of its competitor.
He spent his last two decades in various investment and portfolio management roles both in Thailand and in the US. Before joining BBLAM in 2025, he was Chief Investment Officer at Bangkok Capital Asset Management. He also managed derivatives sales and trading desk at Bangkok Bank and spent more than a decade in various investment management roles in the US at Neuberger Berman, Lehman Brothers, and the World Bank.
He finished his Ph.D. in Financial Economics from Columbia University, a MS in Finance from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Bachelor degree from Chulalongkorn Business School.
